Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of wall paintings, decorative wall art, frameless paintings, and iron wall vase planters. No minimum purchase is required.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
Total delivery time is typically 4 to 7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fee.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
Contact us at support@luxalios.com with your Order ID and images. We will replace or refund your order.
